    We aim to deliver effective and outstanding customer service to each and every one of our consumers. All purchases are FINAL SALE because of the custom nature of the wigs, time it takes, and sanitization purposes. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped—no refunds or exchanges.

  • SHIPPING POLICY

    • Business days are Monday-Friday (Federal holidays are not business days.)
    • All ready to ship units are shipped within 1-3 business day(s). 
    • Processing time does not begin until authorization form is completed.
    • Allow 24-48 hours after receiving tracking, for tracking to update.
    • After shipment, expect delivery in 2-5 business days.
